Neumühle Oberursel

Contemporary living on the Urselbach

Surrounded by greenery, directly on the Urselbach brook, and just outside Frankfurt, a new place for living and learning is being created as part of a building land development. On an area of around 30,000 m², the Neumühle in Oberursel will combine housing, education, commerce, gastronomy, and leisure in a mixed-use quarter by 2026.

A diverse neighbourhood

Sustainably planned and built, traffic-calmed, barrier-free, and extensively landscaped, with playgrounds and spacious garden plots: Neumühle is a forward-looking neighbourhood with a high quality of life and direct access to the S-Bahn network. A variety of housing types from rented flats to owner-occupied homes, a lively neighbourhood square, an attractive open space concept, and a modern mix of uses form a neighbourhood for all the generations.
