The idea underpinning the design for the two-part building ensemble in Helfmann Park stemmed from the historical use of the site as a brickworks. The concept is based on generous storey heights, a clearly structured façade with recurring large window elements, and robust, industrial-looking materials and surfaces.
From the light-flooded reception area to the office floors, the Loftwerk boasts a modern interior design with elements of industrial architecture. A customizable floor plan design permits maximum flexibility in space planning. The central square between the two parts of the building and the roof terrace with a view of the Taunus hills and the Frankfurt skyline serve as communicative meeting points.
