The new major player on Potsdamer Strasse

The FORUM is the tallest building of the IM WIRTSCHAFTSWUNDER ensemble in Berlin. Where the headquarters of a renowned bank once stood, a modern office and commercial quarter has been created that preserves its historical roots and effectively integrates the new. Created from a comprehensively revitalised existing building, the FORUM IM WIRTSCHAFTSWUNDER combines 1950s architecture with a contemporary design language.

New working worlds with a strong history

The defining eight-storey tower on the corner of Potsdamer Strasse and Bülowstrasse was given a
glazed roof storey with a surrounding terrace as well as a new, light-coloured façade made of glass
and metal, which wraps around the building like a wave. Original elements of the building have been
integrated into the new concept and lend it a particular authenticity
