IM WIRTSCHAFTSWUNDER Berlin: Full occupancy and completion

Pecan Development, on behalf of PW Real Estate Fund III, has signed a long-term lease with Grover Group GmbH for approximately 5,700 square meters for the FORUM office and commercial building in Berlin.

The building is part of the office and commercial ensemble IM WIRTSCHAFTSWUNDER on Potsdamer Strasse. After the renowned companies Sony Music, KWS Saat and finally Takeda in October 2021 were able to take over their space, all office space in the quarter has now been let.
