Asset Management acquires the office building FORUM in Berlin

The FORUM was recently completed as the last building of the office and commercial ensemble IM WIRTSCHAFTSWUNDER.

After the buildings “ZENTRALE” and “KONTOR”, which are also part of the 33,000 m² ensemble, were
leased to Sony Music and KWS Saat and finally sold, a purchase agreement for the FORUM has now
also been concluded after completion.
