Helfmann Lofts Eschborn

History and industrial culture translated into today

Modern work environments at a historical location: Where 140 years ago the Helfmann brothers founded their first construction business with a brickworks, which later became the HOCHTIEF company, an office building is emerging that transports typical elements of historical industrial lofts into a 21st century architectural language.

Contemporary building and utilization concept

A six-storey building with a light clinker brick façade, large-format floor-to-ceiling windows and a high, light entrance portal encloses an attractively designed, communicative inner courtyard. The flexible office spaces all enjoy access to attractive roof terraces. In addition to the commercial space, the usage concept also includes childcare.
